Super high packet loss in Battlefield 4

I've talked to my friends playing from all matter of connections and ISP's and BF4 just loves flashing the packetloss icon for all of us.
I'm presuming it's the BF4 servers that are just sucky or the server software have bugs that causes this, I don't actually know.
- It's not just flashing the icon. I test my PC with the built in tester on Battlefield 4 and it says I have very bad packet loss.
I'm not sure if it's to do with any poorly done servers, or maybe with them fixing the Netcode, the broke it again. I'm not sure, it only seems to have started about early-mid March.Any help would be nice? Thanks.
