Support Request: Verification and Community Support for Platoon [7ail] on PS5
Hello EA Support and Battlefield 1 Community,
I am writing this post to request official support and verification for our Platoon, "7ail".
Our Platoon is one of the most active communities on PlayStation 5, currently at the maximum capacity of 100 members, led by General "D7xz_52".
Beyond just playing, we are dedicated to supporting the Battlefield community. We have established a specialized support channel to help players with their issues and organize events. We also have a strong presence on social media where we promote the game and engage with the community.

The Issue:
I previously contacted EA Customer Support regarding technical issues and the verification process. However, I was told these are "Technical Issues" and no clear solution or follow-up was provided. As a high-impact community, we are looking for a more direct way to communicate with the EA team regarding our Platoon’s status.
