The fully supported language available with the EU version of the game are Italian, French, Spanish, English, Russian, Portuguese and Arabic.
You can change the spoken language in the option menu in-game, text will be shown in the language of the game installation.
You can also select the options "my team speaks my language" if you don't want your soldier to speak his native languages (Italian for Italian soldiers, german for german soldiers etc.)

Are other languages like Chinese, Japanese or Turkish just region-locked for EU version or are they generally available as subtitle-languages only?
EA should think about specifying these details on their origin page.
