suspended from EA, banned from Battlelog help

Question

Iam currently suspended from EA, but banned from Battlelog in error (am working to fix this, sent in three emails, waiting for a response) my question is, when I am unsuspended from EA, am I unbanned from battlelog? how does this work? I do I have top contact Battlelog as well? this is making me nervous because I spent a lot on Battlefield 4 and premium, and dont want it to get thrown away because of a genuine misunderstanding.. I am a huge Archer fan, love them, own everything archer related, saw them at comic con, etc. My clan name is ISIS (the spy organization). I was notified I am suspended fro 72 hours but battlelog states I am banned, please help un suspend me EA. I explained everything in the email as to why this iwa s amisunderstanding. Anyone meanwhile can heplp clarify how one effects the other, I would be so appreciated.....

I am awaiting a response from EA, is there no tech support on sunday? I just want toplay BF4

ISIS as an Archer reference is ok as long as it's clear that it's an Archer reference, but it's ofc. a judgementcall each time which might make some mistakes which is ofc. sad.
The "ban/unban experts" at&nbsp;accountdisputes@ea.com have the power to unban/unblock you everywhere EA releated, that includes Battlelog as well.

Answers HQ cannot handle bans. They don't have access to your account - They can't look into any specific cases. All anyone can do in here is link to your options.

@pheonixlifeI've spoken with a colleague of mine in charge of these things, seems that your case was already looked into and resolved by the time I got there. Big Archer fan myself. Have fun on the Battlefield, and perhaps think about switching to Odin? 😛
