Iam currently suspended from EA, but banned from Battlelog in error (am working to fix this, sent in three emails, waiting for a response) my question is, when I am unsuspended from EA, am I unbanned...

Answers HQ cannot handle bans. They don't have access to your account - They can't look into any specific cases. All anyone can do in here is link to your options.

I've spoken with a colleague of mine in charge of these things, seems that your case was already looked into and resolved by the time I got there.
