Hey,
I've this strange bug(?) atm that I cannot use TAB in ANY way without pressing and holding SHIFT at the same time.
What is the issue?
It appeared suddenly after cleaning my keyboard and mouse...
Is it the hardware or a software issue?
I tryed disabling the keyboard, reinstalled the drivers but nothing helps!
Do you have any ideas?

Can you pop the shift and tab key off to see if something is stuck under them since you cleaned the keyboard?

Hey. There is nothing stuck under my keyboard because the TAB key does work, but only if I press shift at the same time...:/
Sounds like your keyboard is messed up if there is nothing under there. Or you might have enabled sticky keys. Look here for how to remove it: http://www.pcadvisor.co.uk/how-to/windows/how-turn-off-sticky-keys-3512425/
