Tashgar mission crashes at the beggining

Hello guys. I have a problem with the Tashgar mission. At the very begginig of the mission, where you are supposed to be drugged inside the garage by the american soldiers.. well that doesn't happen.Recker, Irish and Hanna stay in the car for a few moments and then magically the car dissappears and we are all standing. The cutscene isn't triggered and Recker can't run or jump or hold his weapon. I have re-installed the game but the same thing happens. What can I do? Please help me.   My computer specs are these:

Intel i3 3.60 GHz

Nvidia Geforce 630

2GB RAM
