Technical error on campaign checkpoint

Hi EA Games!

I'm having a technical issue at a campaign checkpoint. I don't remember the mission's name, but it's the one where you parachute from a plane at mission start, defend The Valkyrie's upper deck from the chinese, Hannah reunites with her "husband" etc. I'm at the checkpoint where it's time to drive the rubber boat.

I'm stuck here. Turbo's working, but the boat is not moving at all, so I'm stuck here because of this error. Need some help/bug fix, so I can finish the campaign and be familiar enough with the game that I can play online.
