the aim of destroy the dam
anybody can help me and give me method for jump across when hann say that straight cross that is edge of the dam

What you need to do is
go back as far as you can without falling off the scaffolding
run as fast as you can (using sprint button, on PS4 is by pushing L3 down)
Jump as close as you can at the ledge of the scaffoldin towards the ladder.
It may take you a few trials (I took forever to master this), but when you get acorss, you get the chance to see the dam blowing up.
