The BF4 Premium key damaged

Dear EA!

I've got a problem. I bought a BF4 Premium. But when I opened its box the paper inside was damaged and the code was unreadable. The webshop where I bought it, don't want to exchange it. What can I do now? Can I get a new key? Or can I get the missing letters of my key from EA?

    Good idea Dipsie8 and I agree with you this does suck. I would never buy from that store again if I got a game with half the key :[

    EA cant do anything as you did not buy from them you need to take it up with the store you got it from. Good luck on this all :/ Ask to talk with the manager of said store maybe that will help ?

    If there are only a few letters missing, you can try guessing them.

    I feel ya mate, this really sucks :l

    Any time and good luck with them try to stay calm when dealing with the manager as hard as it will be. Post back and let us know what happens please lol.
