The BF4 Premium key damaged

Dear EA! I've got a problem. I bought a BF4 Premium. But when I opened its box the paper inside was damaged and the code was unreadable. The webshop where I bought it, don't want to exchange it. Wha...

    Good idea Dipsie8 and I agree with you this does suck. I would never buy from that store again if I got a game with half the key :[

If there are only a few letters missing, you can try guessing them.

I feel ya mate, this really sucks :l
