The biggest unjust case in bf1, i need a fallback EA!!!!! PLZ anyone help!

See this youtube link:link This is my 6000 hours bf1 account, but now they got banned, i go the ea website but its shows me got no banned, but when i enter the game, it shows "u already got banned ...

@LiuGang1990 You will need to make an appeal to EA's Terms of Service team. That's the only way of potentially having a ban or sanction overturned.

Please note that there is no way to appeal a ban or receive further information about why one was applied through these forums. Moreover, EA Help can only create appeals on your behalf and cannot handle appeals themselves either.
