If you look in the security options for your documents folder, Origin folder and BF1 folder try checking if you have full write permissions.

They have all the permissions but the "special permission" one.

Can you attach a https://help.ea.com/en-au/help/pc/how-to-gather-dxdiag-information/ dxdiag to this thread?
Also, if there's any interesting Windows Event Logs from when you start a game to when you exit that will help too.

Origin Access should not cause the game to not save if it's working like intended.
As you've had the same issue with another game perhaps it's time you scanned your harddrive for errors and thought about doing a fresh install of Windows.

Hey @pukaszero,
what you can also try is setting up a new Windows User Account, that might be an issue as well - create a new admin account, log in with it to Windows and see if the folder is created. Maybe your user profile is corrupted. Here'a a guide on how to create a new account.
