The GREATEST BF LAG [again]

Hi all, I just bought premium and my BF 4 started laginig on allllllll maps, this is dumb right? All the way back 2 months ago I was getting big big frame-drops now it's lag spikes and that **bleep** is so anoying. Ex : Yesterday I were trying out Sunken Dragon and boom big lag spike and I can't move at all. And now you're thinking I have old PC but NO. I have high-end pc (Gigabyte Radeon R9-280x OC ,AMD FX 8350 ,8GB RAM , Gigabyte GA-970a) I tryed to solve it but NO it didn't solve and again back 2moths ago DICE said that they will be releaseing new patch that will fix this blallalal.... SO IT DIDN'T SAW SUN LIGHT.So anyone could help me with this anoying problem . THANKS AGAIN AND BYE
