The guy uses impermissible account name and platoon.

In future, you can easily report a player like this directly by using the report function on their profile. This is marked with a "!" when you visit their page. Here is a screenshot to show you: http://i.imgur.com/z57TQ9g.png

This will ensure that your report will go straight to the Terms of service team to be taken care of. Please note that it can take some time to action as they receive a large number of reports on a daily basis.
