The product key entered cannot be used to activate this game

Me & 2 of my friends purchased Battlefield 3 yesterday & were eager to play, we all got the same issue... Any idea how long it will take to fix :/?

I have the same issue. I have spoken to a Chat Support Representative and I was advised that this issue will be resolved within 48 hours.

The representatives name is Jubin. Let's all hope that this issue will be actioned as soon as possible.
