There was a problem with the update xbox one

I cannot access the game on Xbox one as the game needs an update and there is a problem and I just get the something went wrong sentence and the Xbox.com/xboxone/update/help page but just tells me to soft reset and it does nothing, anyone got any ideas? Shame as it was working fine and now I can't even access the single player campaign!

    If you already cleared your cache by resetting your console (holding down your finger on the Xbox One icon on your console for at least 10 seconds) I recommend to delete your game from your "Games and Apps" menu in order to re-install and update it from the scratch.
