Time product delivery via billet?

Hello, i've bought recently the Battlefield 4 pre-relase standart edition via boletus, it's been 6 days and still not getting access to my product, or even confirmation of payment, so i would like to ask how much time does it take for me to get acess to it.

if it helps i live in Brazil, i've heard that the Global Collect Brazil not forward the money received to the Origin (or EA)  thus barring access to my purchased product. any answers would be helpfull thank you.

  • Six days is quite a long time and I'm pretty sure it would be visible for you in your games library or purchase history by now if there wouldn't be any issues.

    Since you've mentioned that there might be some payment issue, I would suggest checking back with a Game Advisor at https://help.ea.com/contact-us and they will take a look at your purchase.

    1 Click on the following link: https://help.ea.com/contact-us

    2 Click on the blue button "Contact a Game Advisor"

    3 Enter the name of your game or product (or "Origin" for account-related issues) and click "Find Solutions"

    4 Select the type of issue and the platform you play on, and click on "Find Solutions" again.

    5 Click on the blue button "I still need help" if the FAQ articles do not apply to your situation.

    6 Select a contact option. Note that you may get different contact options depending on your country or time of day.

    i've already talked with one Game Advisor, they suggested me to wait a little bit more, what i'm worried about is that this is my first game bought on origin and 100 BRL (my local money) is a good quantity of money. i never had this kind of problem with other plataforms.
