I guess you have already taken the steps, described in this article on how to claim bonus Titanfall 2 items? Have you played those games before with another PlayStation account?
only have one account, I have the deluxe edition of titanfall 2, and the early enlister deluxe edition of battlefield 1.
in titanfall 2, I have no messages in my inbox after logging into both, several times
