Also, I hope we get a single player campaign. The lack of one if BF5 was a real buzz kill.
The 2013 hardware including the 2017 pro systems shouldn't be supported in my eyes. People might not have the new systems now, but by release they should be easy to find. From a technical standpoint, I believe it has to do with the 5400 RPM HDDs.

Yeah based on what all of you have said, I'm becoming more skeptical that they will support last gen. If they focus only on next gen, it means the longer they wait to release the game, the larger the installed base of next gen customers will be. So in this aspect, it will pay them to delay the release.

They could still release for the 2013 hardware + pre re-release consoles from 2017, I'm just saying my opinion on the subject.
I've been building and using computers on a daily basis for music from 2005 / 6. I could be wrong in my assumption, but 5400 RPM drives would be a nightmare to develop around in the game world.
Game companies get away with it on PC, because it's left to the user to get the best experience, On consoles it's a different story. I would like to think that companies are held to a standard for their games (except for CD Projekt RED).
SSDs are not just a time saver for the user, it also saves a massive amount of time for developers. Any game that uses all of the SSD power of these next gen consoles will have a huge impact on the game experience, not at all just loading.
Fast data streaming so less pop in, being able to look across the map like in Battlefield and not just seeing potato graphics the list goes on.
