"Tombstone" achievement not unlocking?

Hi guys!So, I recently picked up BF4 on PS3 and played through the campaign very easily on Normal difficulty and got all story-related trophies, including golden assignments. I then replayed it on Easy to get collectibles and got the second ending. Afterwards, I played it once again to get the final ending and complete it on Hard. The problem is, I got the trophies "Full Arsenal", "Patience is a Virtue", "For the People" and "Above and Beyond the Call" but didn't get "Tombstone for completing it on Hard. I definately did it on Hard as it even states on Battlelog. It's the last trophy I need for Platinum...This is ridiculous. Has anyone experienced the same issue or something like it? I don't want to have to play the campaign on Hard again, as it is a tedious and annoying campaign when you've played it already 3 times through.

That sounds pretty much intended I would say. Simply replaying the last mission on hard won't unlock the trophy, you'll have to play every mission/the whole campaign on hard in order to unlock this trophy.&nbsp;

I did replay the whole campaign on Hard, even by pressing "Start New Campaign" and then selecting Hard. I didn't stop and start again at all. That's why I said it even says I've completed the campaign on Hard on Battlelog.
