As i can see on your Battlelog profile, it is not successfully completed!
Which means the related assignment isn't complete and therefore the weapon isn't unlocked.

Just make sure you play fully through into the following mission before leaving in any way during a cut scene or so.

Seems it should be completed and unlocked by now. So i guess you played the mission again. 🙌
Sometimes it can even need you to play a few matches online to synchronize and update.
