Transferring stats AND premium membership from xbox 360 to xbox one

That is my understanding, stat transfer is one time and one way. Sadly, I got my bf4 from a retailer that is not a part of the trade in promo so I’ll be getting the shaft.

If you are trading in your xbox360 BF4 game. Why would you need the premium on the 360 if you no longer have the game? I understand that the trade-up program if you traded BF4/360 w/premium in for BF4/Xb1 Premium. What if you are keeping your 360 and your copy of BF4 and premium. And you are buying an XBOX1 w/BF4. Same gamertag. You are still premium, correct?

Thank you for the reply xxxo77o4906. I have already seen the information you provided and there are two things that concern me.

1: "Do I need to keep my PS3 or Xbox 360 disc if I upgrade?
You must have the PlayStation 3 Battlefield 4 disc in your PlayStation 4 in order to play BF4 on PS4 (or Xbox 360 disc in your Xbox One)."

       - I already traded in my 360 disc to gamestop for my xbox one version. If this is true I expect gamestop to loan me a 360 disc to do the transfer. How can gamestop and EA support the $10 upgrade with trade in yet still make it a requirement to have the 360 disc. Doesn't make any sense and will piss a lot of people off. (as if EA hasn't pissed enough people off already).

and 2: "Will all pre-ordered copies for BF4 include the PS4/Xbox One upgrade code?
All marked boxes of Battlefield 4 will include the PS4/Xbox One code. This includes all pre-ordered copies from retailers such as Amazon."

       - The only codes that came with my xbox 360 and xbox one game were for the China Rising expansion and a double xp weekend. There was NO CODE for an upgrade.

I will be very disappointed and angry if the two statements above are true. If they are in fact true I will be taking my complaint up the chain to the gamestop managers, regional managers, etc. until my complaint is resolved.

If it turns out that these two statements are accurate (ill find out tomorrow when I purchase my xbox one) then I will give XP to your account and also mark your response as a solution.

All my stats, unlocks, k/d, etc. transferred to bf4 on xbox one WITHOUT THE 360 DISC. I had to re-download premium on the xbox one but it was free.

The link and solution that you provided, xxxo77o4906, is invalid so I will not mark it as a solution. You do not need the 360 disc and there is no upgrade code.

I bought BF4 Premium on my Xbox 360 but when I launched my Xbox One with BF4, I wasn't a Premium member.

Stats did not transfer from xbox 360 to xbox one

When I pressed ok to transfer stats the screen just went black had to restart xbox one
I did a chat with EA said there is nothing they could do just gave a me a 15% discount on next purchase
Any one having same issue

Not that my stats are good away but it's the point of it

I too am just now noticing that in Battlelog, it shows my XBOX 360 version has PREMIUM, but there is not PREMIUM next to XBOX ONE.  I would like to transfer my PREMIUM account from 360 to ONE.  Anyone know how?

I have a tech support call into EA So when they give me an answer I will post it here I hope soon
