Transferring stats AND premium membership from xbox 360 to xbox one

I paid for Battlefield 4 and BF4 premium on the Xbox 360 and was told by Gamestop I can upgrade to the Xbox one version of BF4 for only $10 and that my stats and premium membership would transfer over to the Xbox One.

I want to make absolutely sure I do not need the physical copy of BF4 on my Xbox 360 (I plan on trading it in for the Xbox 1 version this week) and also that I do not need my Xbox 360 (I plan on selling it to pay off my Xbox One).

I've seen on numerous sites say that in order to transfer PREMIUM membership from Xbox 360 to Xbox One you need to own BF4 on both consoles. How am I supposed to transfer my premium if I trade my game for the X1 version?

Any legitimate answers will be greatly appreciated. Possibly someone that has already made the transfer with the PS3 to PS4.

    Excuse me since you are a moderator. (I have been looking for some way to get my Premium back for hours) Yesterday I upgraded to next gen and bought BF4 after already purchasing Premium and the game for the 360 and is there anyway I can get my premium transferred? I already poured $180 into the whole game and I dont believe anyone else has really spent that much on the game and DLC for BF4 so I was wondering what you should think I should do?

    I ened up call them spend a lot of hours trying to get EA to fix the issue NO Luck

    All I got for my troubles was a gold battlepack or and a 15% discount on my next purchase ( which never showed up )

    So after that do the on line chat with them and compalin as much as you can then you to can have a gold battlepack

    Everything you said I totally agree with but I'm literally waiting now on retrieving stats I did the transfer really quick noticed I had to download stats so im in the process of that but the stats are taking for ever I'm rank114 so I'm wondering if this is why it's taking so long I did check an cancel to see if it was the maps that we're taking so long- bit it literally is stats an progression - anyone know how long that takes thanks

    Hi there, this question has been asked several times and various answers have been stated (including posting the link to the next gen upgrade page).

     

    But I still have the problem of not being able to access any of my premium content when playing BF4 on Xbox One. When I started playing BF4 on my new console it asked me if I wanted to import my stats, which I did and that was all fine.

     

    But if I now try and access any of the DLC maps it directs me to the store to purchase the Premium membership (which Battlelog still shows me as currently having on the Xbox360). Does anyone have a definitive fix for this or am I stuck with having to again purchase premium?

    The strange people of EA have stopped the transfer of Premium membership from July 31 2014.
    When we finally get the official xbox one to sweden you pull this off!

    There is now no other way, to have this transfers, sorry.
