Transitioning 1-5 seconds after connected to a game.

Hi.

My father has this problem with his bf4 that when he connect to games it freezes and crashes then battlelog says transitioning.

I have tried to Repair and install ALL of BF4 and origin. Reinstalled direct x, GPU drivers, PB and i can´t make it work same thing whatever i do... Maby some hidden file somewhere that colides, heard its a common prob?

PLZ help, we have tried all we can! I mean he can´t play the game and its been like that for over 2 weeks now.
