Trouble Redeeming Doughboy M1911 code.

Located the codes inside Pigeon Tube. In description, went to the website and logged in. Tried to redeem the code (correctly) many times with the selected platform and territory. I have also tried to change the area, lower case, caps,  -. I changed everything. Then this shows up...

Your code was not recognized.
This could be because the code was entered incorrectly. It could also be because the code was previously used. Please try again, or refresh the page and use the "View Previously Redeemed Codes" button. If you are continuing to have issues, please contact EA Support at https://help.ea.com/.

    @dnjs4955Don't worry about it,You're just picking the wrong PSN area.This code can only be used for the U.S. PSN,So you just select United States and you can get the PSN code.Then register a United States PSN account and then certify it on your PS4,Then go to the PSN store where the United States PSN accounts for the code,Then you'll get a downloadable Doughboy M1911DLC,Since you have authenticated the PSN account, all PSN accounts on PS4 will have the same

    Hello @dnjs4955

    please check for any mistakes and try entering the code once  more. If it still doesnt work, contact CS and they may be able to manually add your item for you. Please do the following:

    Go to https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/.

    1. Go to contact us

    2. Press your Game/Your Platform and select the problem you are having

    3. Press Contact options

    4. Scroll to chat and specify your problem

    5. Press Chat now

    If there is no chat option available, please call customer service on your phone or try describing your problem a little bit different, so "Livechat" show up as an option.

    You are much better than the 1000 EA advisors.

    I suffered from this problem for a month. However, it was resolved.
