Trying to diagnose battlefield 1 crashes

This is a pretty general and common question but my BF1 is crashing on pc and I can't seem to work out why. I was wondering if the game generates any kind of crash report when it crashes that could aid in my Troubleshooting?
If it helps, the game with crash every few games and give me a 'battlefield 1 has stopped working and Windows can't fix the problem' error and just close it. It happens at random points and I have tried many things to fix it. I have tried a clean boot, disabling origin in game, reinstalling origin, reinstalling BF1, running as administrator, checking computer usage for spikes, flushing my Dns and checked it doesn't happen in other games.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

@smexybeach Do you play on a laptop? Perhaps temperatures are an issue for you? There are many 3rd party temperature monitoring programs, perhaps if you run one while you play that may demonstrate the source of the issue.

If heat isn't the problem, perhaps Windows' inbuilt reliability monitor will be recording the appropriate report.

Please see this article for info on it: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc722107(v=ws.10).aspx

    Thanks, and good luck.

    Hi, thanks for the reply!

It's not temperature as I'm on a PC with water cooling for the CPU and a dual fan cooler for the GFX card. To be sure I also ran HWmoniter while the game was going and noting out of the ordinary was there.

I checked the reliability moniter though and the crashed of BF1 came up and the summary of the events just say stopped working (so much help..) but if I expand on it there are loads of codes, numers ETC that i cant uinderstand. Would these be able to tell me anything more about the problem with the game?

I have put the details below:

Thanks, unfortunately that error message is pretty generic.

For more detail we'd need an msinfo file, but these are A: huge and B: contain personal data so we won't ask for them via the forum. However if it comes to it support should be able to help check this.

Before reaching out to them, there are some things you can do to test your hardware and OS integrity. You can start by performing a clean reinstall of your graphics drivers, which is worth doing from time to time.

The System File Checker can check your Windows install: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/pc/how-do-i-run-the-system-file-checker/

If you want to check the integrity of your hard drive, you can run a chkdsk: https://www.microsoft.com/resources/documentation/windows/xp/all/proddocs/en-us/chkdsk.mspx?mfr=true

If you want to check your RAM for errors memtest86+ can be used to ensure that there are no issues: http://www.memtest.org/

There are a lot of steps here, but it's worth checking your system from time to time anyway.
