Trying to Launch BF4 after updating Graphic Driver

Hello Soldiers, 

I bought BF4 and waited all night to play. I downloaded the game on Oct 26th. I keep trying to play the game but it comes up letting me know that I was running AMD Radeon version 13.4 and I need 13.9 or above. I have the radeon hd 7770. I went to AMD website. I downloaded both version 13.9 and 13.11 (beta). Neither solve the issue of that message coming up. I restarted computer and message still comes up. In addition, I'm now able to load into games but unable to click deploy. I hear the sounds but I cannot move the window. Please if anyone knows the issue or how to resolve this issue let me know. I was able to get into the test range and have it work. I change the video settings for borderless. However, joining a server, BF 4, resorts back to windowed mode and still can't click deploy.

    I'm not sure if i have a related issue from the NVIDIA side. Updates graphics drivers, now nothing happens when I try to enter game. Just windows circle for 2-3 seconds then nada.

    Heck. I even join Spectator mode and it works fine. But still resorts back to Window mode but claims to be "borderless".  I guess I will just uninstall and reinstall.
