Ultimate short kit does not unlock all. Problems in progress campaign update

I bought the Ultimate short kit (pc) and found out you don't get all the weapons, so I asked for a refund and got it.

I don't want to be refund,  why only some items are unlocked? As If they have activated only some parts... but why the battlelog doesn't mirror the things unlocked in game? Why the game shows me the soldier with zero experience after 3 campaign missions?

The weapons of the expansions are not unlock but you know... I speak about the normal gone items not all unlocked

Dude you don't get all the weapons, because some you have to do the missions/assignment to get those weapons. I wasn't happy either I didn't want a refund, I wanted the weapons.

The Ultimate shortcut kit does not unlock any assignment based weapons, campaign weapons (inside the campaign or weapons from the campaign for use in multiplayer) or weapon attachments.  These are all obtained from completing the associated assignments or by getting kills with the weapons for attachments.

I read all the descriptions of the packs... in the Battlelog site I can see the weapons unlocked white and the other locked gray but it's impossible to understand if the weapon was unlocked by the short kit or in the missions campaign,  in the Battlelog app instead the weapons unlocked by the shortkit are with an orange bar below the square that contains the white weapons... so it should be ok all the weapons contained in the shortkit are unlocked even if I can't check in the game now me because I'm redownloading it (I thought it was something wrong!)... I'll check later but I remember that yesterday in the game campaign I saw one only gun unlocked the P226,  why? The other guns were gray with a bar to complete for example 0/4000 or 0/7000 and this progress bar do not change even if I used the weapon... why?

As regards the kits... in the battlelog app I can see as unlocked the weapons contained in the kit but only 1 pack unlocked for each kit... for example only First aid pack unlocked in the assault kit... instead in the description of the shortkit assault they write "all the packs" of assault class... so why the other packs are not unlocked? The same for engineer and support shortkits... weapons seems unlocked but only one pack each kit... not all as write in the description... why?

As regards the vehicles... no one unlocked 0/105 as you can see in the battlelog site... why? It seems as  if is not active the shortkit vehicles... can you check please?

Ok, I looked for the unlocked weapons in the game... from the main menu:

I clicked on My soldier an  then on Progress... here there are 3 tabs Kit, Vehicles and Weapons.

If I click on weapons, the first weapon is assault rifle AK12 the rifle is white and below there is an orange bar with 0/4000 this means that I have the AK12 is correct? I found it yesterday in a campaign mission killing an enemy. 0/4000 what does it mean? That I have to obtain 4000 points using this weapon ok? 

Next the AK12 on the right I see the rifle SCAR-H one of the rifle that I see unlocked in the battle log (white weapon full orange bar I  the app), but in the game is a gray weapon and no orange bar the opposite of the grafic meaning I see in the Battle log app... who can explain me this? How can I read these graphics differences?

In the game I see all the weapons I'm thinking unlocked in these graphics... weapon gray no orange bar on the bottom, all these weapons are on the right of the list after the AK12... the exact graphics that in the battlelog app I understand as not unlocked because in the app I see all the weapons that should be unlocked by the shortkit as white weapon with a full orange bar on the bottom but without the 0/4000 that I see in the fame for the AK12... the perfect way to confuse all!
