Ultimate Shortcut Bundle problem

I bought the  Ultimate Shortcut Bundle but nothing happened. (49.99 USD or 100.000 COP I'm in Colombia) I have payed for a product which I can't use. I want my money back

    Depending on your payment method, it can take up to 48+ hours until your payment is complete. If you are still missing your shortcut bundle, you can always get in contact with one of our Game Advisor for a further investigation what might went wrong. Please keep in mind that they will need some of your private details for their verification process.

Go through X-Box/PlayStation to solve the problem. I was offered (and accepted) a refund after spending over an hour going through random troubleshooting methods unsuccessfully. The shortcut kits are broken on consoles. EA/DICE have been "working on it" for over three weeks now.

Thanks for your help, I have called sony who have agreed to look in to it in order to give a refund. Even they admitted that EA are useless !
