Ultimate soldier shortcut not working

I bought the ultimate soldier shortcut and nothing at all is unlocked. I have only the top weapon in each class available! £19.99 this cost and I've got nothing for it! Help please

Keep in mind that the transaction may not have been approved yet.

Also the shortcuts only unlock things from the base game and not anything that is included via the DLC's.

Forgot to add this is an issue I'm having with ps4 battlefield 4. I am a premium member also

The transaction went through and I downloaded the add on. And I understand I only get the base weapons that's fine but I haven't actually got a single weapon from this. I'm new to ps4 so my battlefield account is only level 1 meaning I have no weapons unlocked at all hence why I bought the bundle. I played battlefield a lot on Xbox and didn't really want to start from scratch on a new platform reason being why I bought the shortcut bundle
