UMP-9 Green laser not unlockable
Hello,
I am having trouble unlocking the green laser for the UMP-9.
It shows that I have not unlocked it, but in the past I opened it in a level based battlepack. Battlelog shows it as not unlocked and I cannot equip it in game.
I have 627 UMP-9 kills and have unlocked all the of battlepacks that are number of weapon kill based.
I would really like to be able to equip the green laser instead of the red laser.
Is there anything that can be done to unlock it in game?
My gamer tag is Surlyduff75 for the xbox one.

This is a bug that is as far as I believe not fixed yet. It happened with a lot of other people, so it's on EA's side.
All you can do if you really want it is contact support about it and they will try to help you as soon as possible.
You can contact support about this matter by following these steps:
1.Click on this link::

2.Select Battlefield 4 as your product.
3.Select the platform you use to play BF4 and click next.
4.Click on the Select a topic drop-down menu, then choose Lost / Missing Items as your topic.
5.Fill everything in and submit the form.
