probably a stupid question but is there a un install refund anywhere?? BF4 is weak and should of saved my 60 bucks for something actually worth playing

not worth it as in same ol gameplay... nothing really new and exciting and the sound screws up half the time anyways. should not be a launch issue.
I was sold the premium membership instead of the actual game. Why I was sold a membership when I clicked on "get it now", I have no idea. I can't afford to purchase the game until i receive a refund on the membership I can't even use without the game. Please issue a full refund for the premium membership so that I may purchase the actual game.
