please help me because i am concerned

i had battlefield 1 on my steam account for quite some time but i never played it. After seeing the ea anticheat update 1 week ago i remembered that i had it in my pc, so i downloaded it. After 10 minutes of playing i get an error message (i have a screenshot of it) just saying that i have some type of malware on my pc. I contacted ea support telling me to try to clean boot my pc. I tried that but it didnt let to anything positive.  I did everything even installing avg anticheat but then i ran into another problem it says that it hasnt been istalled well.  Lastly i am concern of what type of configuration or malware on my pc. Can someone help
