Unable to begin BF4 beta preload
I'm sure you are dealing with this problem a lot but I'm just trying to get answers.
I preordered the BF4 Digital Deluxe edition throught Origin, recently. When I did it added two tiles to the My Games section of origin, one for the full game and one for the beta. It said that the beta would be available for pre-load today.
Now I have come to pre-load the beta icon has disappeared. I am applicable for the 1st Oct beta so can someone please aid me?

We are aware that the Battlefield 4 Beta is currently missing in some player's games library and we are working to get this resolved as soon as possible.
