Unable to connect (ps4)

Hello!!!
1.This error may prevent you from playing online on a PS4. If you encounter it, try the following steps:

-Repair the install.
-Restart your browser.
-Keep trying to join a server.

I've tried that.
Reseting, power off, power on. Rebooting my Internet, modem and wifi hub. Everything. I can't connect but my friend can..

Repairing the install would mean downloading 40gig of data again for a small possibility of it working.

So let's say I delete the game and download again just for it not to work. Thats just time wasted. So, when it's my game that says it can't connect to ea and not a friends game then surely that's ea not me considering every other online game I play actually connects perfectly well.

Realistically I'm finding support to be very atrocious and it's genuinely putting me and my friend/so off of buying any forum of ea published title again. Shame, what was a landmark for gaming lacks the ability to do one thing right, customer service.

@INicexixI He's on PS4 not PC so there's no browser or repair functionality.

@Cometothefall938 What have you tried so far that hasn't worked?  Have you done a hard reset of your PS4 by holding the power button until it shuts and then restart it? Have you turned off your router, unplugged it for a few minutes and then restarted it? Those two usually fix PS4 problems for me.

Hello there.

I've tried all I can think off hard reset and yes, I reset all my Internet. If my ps4 is connected I can get to the main menu then it refuses to connect with Ea. If it's connected to the Internet it just won't simply load the main menu. I'm not sure why this is even occurring as it worked perfectly fine before.

Try rebuilding your PS4 Database as described here.

I've tried that. I've even went and downloaded the game again. Still, nothing. Safe to say I'm done. There's literally no reason as to why it should do this.
