Thanks i see that! still i shouldnt have to do that to make the game work. typical microsoft and ea........

i did the factory reset, it worked could get to the multiplayer, but then when i went back out to install my dlc (premium etc), when i restart the game it will not work giving me the same error message. ffs its so frustrating just makes me wanna go out and buy myself a 360..........
