8 years agoUnable to connect to EA Servers BF1 PS4
Since the new update today 20th Feb 2018 I am unable to connect to the ea servers on PS4. It says I am offline and can only play campaign.
I have tried all the steps that EA Help have asked of me on Twitter and have been asked by them to post this here so it can be looked into further.
Restarting PS4, router, restoring liscenses, checking ports, checking account validity etc all completed as asked by ea help but still not working.
EDIT 25/02/2018:
UPDATE FOR THE DEVS: it would appear this issue may have something to do with a connection between EA/DICE and my ISP ( Airtel-Vodafone Jersey).
My ISP have confirmed to me that no issue lies their end and they have not restricted access to EA Games or anything like that.
However, if I use my mobile phone as a hotspot because it is a different provider to my WiFi I able to successfully connect to multiplayer games. Unfortunately I cannot continue with this route as I’m a Pay as You Go customer for my phone.
Therefore I believe that EA or Dice have some issue with my isp, can this be confirmed and rectified please?
EDIT 26/02/2018: The new update today has NOT fixed this issue, it is still on-going.
