Update: it turns out some of my friends now cannot access any of their EA games online.
We each have different 4G routers with different providers so this is not just an issue with BF1 anymore it seems to be a wider EA issue.
Has something now changed that is blocking 4G routers? We are all living in Jersey Channel Islands (UK).

- ApprovedThanks, i’ve been through all of that with the help team already and nothing works, the fact that I now have friends all unable to access EA games of their own has to be a sign that it’s something their end.
All of my other games and my friends other games all work perfectly. It is simply the EA games that are not working.
I’m hoping the DICE and EA team will see these updates and continue their investigation.
