Unable to do code redemption

Hello i have Battlefield bad company 2 game is associated to my account . When i use the key it says its already in use . Please help me to activate this game

    Sometimes older games can cause trouble with code redemption directly with the Origin client. To redeem your code with Origin, please try to activate your codes on following activation website. Get sure that you are logged in with your Origin account. If you still having trouble, get in contact with one of our Game Advisor. They can help you to get back in to your game!
