Unable to exit mortar as support class

Summarize your bug Unable to exit mortar after use, no buttons allow me to exit, can sometimes hear reloading sound or firing sound when I am mashing buttons yet nothing is occurring.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Using the either of the mortars in the support class, I have only experienced it in conquest and operations game modes.
What happens when the bug occurs? When using the mortar as support class I am unable to exit the mortar view after use (large minimap crouching position) after searching online holding the X button sometimes allows me to exit but after I have exited I can no longer use the mortar (arrow button to use equipment does nothing) even though I have ammunition left.
