Unable to find multiplayer servers

I have a ps4 version, for which I bought the criminal activity dlc. The download happened, but now I can't any servers whether I browse or do quick match. What's going on EA ?!?!?!?!?

    I'm on Xbox 360 and cannot find any either. Feels like ive wasted the money.

    after update, my xbox one, can't find any servers, either,
