Unable to install BF4 on PC

I hit install and it immediately goes to 20%, then about 10 seconds later shoots to 40% then disappears without an error message.

I've restarted my computer. I've reinstalled Origin, used the beta version of Origin. I've turned off my AV. I've deleted and redownloaded the game. I've added the "Install Dir" and "Local" keys to my registry. I've ran Origin as administrator. I've updated just about every single thing I can.

I've tried about 15-20 different fixes for this problem, and even unrelated problems hoping it would fix mine.

I've spent the last 5 hours trying to get this to work and I'm started to get very frustrated, so if anyone has any ideas I'm open to trying anything.
