Unable to install BF4 on PC

I bought it for a week and BF4 BF4 Premium edition. After downloading by origin, I tried to install it, but when the installation is completed, origin tells me again to install the game

I contacted the support Ea. They told me to delete all files and origin of BF4. And I did. I riscaricato everything from the beginning but I still have the same error.

In the folder of origin, the file "installLog" gives me this error:
