Unable to join a multiplayer game.

Hi I was wondering if anyone could help me out, I recently purchased the digital version of BF4 it's mostly al fine apart from the fact that I get stuck on the deploy screen on multplayer games. I have looked around and have only found that using Punk buster or up[dating your game would fix this issue, I have done both of those things and nothing has helped. I only have the Chinese expansion pack by the way.

@hashoowa, the majority of multiplayer servers use PB and would kick you/not let you join if you didn't have it installed.

Hmm, its weird that it thinks your graphics drivers are out of date.

Did you double check on the Nvidia website http://www.nvidia.com/Download/Find.aspx?lang=en-us

Hi @hashoowa, what are your PC's specs?

When you say 'stuck' do you mean the game freezes or what exactly?

Stuck as in I can't press the deploy button, I can play on the campaign comfortably (even though my save got wiped out the other day for no apparent reason) I have seen the bug reported on forums and the like before but I can't seem to use the same solutions as they have.
I have an AMD A10-6700
8 gigs of RAM
GefoGTX 645
With windows 8.1

@hashoowa, I've read before that updating Punkbuster can fix this: http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/forum/threadview/2955064772515425961/

Also update your graphics drivers (make sure to do a clean install) and see if that fixes it.

Ok everything was already up to date, I got a fresh PB, not that I have ever actually used it before, and when I tried to connect to a multiplayer server Origin decided to update, so I'll get back to you when it's done.

Yeah that didn't help, for some rerason though when I open the game it says that my graphics driver is out of date by 1 or 2 versions but it isn't, I've never used PB before by the way, do I have to use that to somehow launch my game? I have added BF4 to the gameslist.

Hmm I do have it installed though, I am just downloading a newer driver from the website now, do you think that that could be causing the issue?

It's all good now, all I had to do was use the beta version of my graphics driver. Thanks fo all the help.
