Unable to launch Battlefield 4, stuck at Initializing

I got a reply from evenbalance, they said that due to the campaign being affected, PunkBuster was likely not at fault and I should contact EA here. If possible I'd still like to fix the PunkBuster problem (so I could play multiplayer) regardless if that is the cause or not.
