Unable to launch the game

I am unable to launch the game. I have tried redownloading it but it will not launch. What ends up happening is I hit play, it says cloud syncing, then blurs out the play button, says Im in game, and gets rid of the windmill animation. Now this seems normal, but then it starts the windmill animation back up and unblurs the play button, then I am just online again. I checked my resource monitor, and it seems that the process starts, only to end. I HAVE NO CLUE what is going on. I have redownloaded the game to the same result. Here are my specs if there is something wrong. Maybe because I don't have an SSD? 

i5-4590

GTX 1070

8GB DDR3
1TB HDD

At this point Im looking into a refund if I can't get it working.

    I am still experiencing this issue yes, but am I seriously unable to play the game because my CPU is a generation behind? The AMD processor that is minimum spec is from 2013, why is my CPU from 2014 that has been ranked higher than that CPU not allowed to play the game? Some people don't want to spend all their money upgrading every part of their PC.

    Your CPU is perfectly fine. The game runs on my i5 3570k just fine.

    I'm having this exact same issue. 

    Game worked perfectly fine with the trial and early enlister. 

    Game does not even launch now.

    What OS are you playing on, if Win10 is it the anniversary update?

    I am having the same problem as the other people and I am on windows anniversary which I feel like is doing this, does anyone know how to revert back to an earlier version of windows after 10 days?
