Unable to move or access the Esc menu upon entering the multiplayer or campaign

So, a few hours ago I was able to play the game fine however now if I join a multiplayer game or the campaign I cannot move and enter/any buttons do not work but before I join I can select my squad and such. Also, I am able to get to my desktop by Alt tabbing. Would anyone be able to give me some advice as I have been waiting for a live chat for nearly 2 hours as of posting this? Thanks

    Hello @itsFLAiR,

    I'm sorry to hear about the issues you are experiencing.

    Have you tried fully Uninstalling/Reinstalling Battlefield 1, and trying again?

    I would give this a shot, and see if it works.

    Also, make sure that DX11 is enabled, not DX12 since it causes "Freezing" issues. 

    I would also make sure that the Origin In-Game Overlay is disabled as well, since this may cause some issues as well.
