Unable to open Battlelog web page

Hi

I am unable open battlelog web since last 2-3 days.

I made contact to EA help, but cant gave me solution.

Here is the error msg appearing on screen:

An error occurred while processing your request.

PLz help me with solution.

    Have you already tried a different browser, re-installed Flash and made sure that your Firewall is not blocking your browser in general? It looks that your PC is blocking Battlelog as well as our Live Chat.
