Unable to Play any EA Games
Hi everybody,
I bought few Battlefield games through Steam. At first , I was able to play Battlefield 1 until Chapter 4. Then later on, I tried to start the game, which lead to the EA error keep ask me to reset my password. I did reset my password, but the problem still persists, which caused me unable to play Battlefield games.
Later on, I discovered my Steam account was linked to my old EA account, but I'm unable to reset the old EA account password due to that account email address was hacked and blocked by Microsoft.
I wish to unlink the Old EA account from my current Steam account. Then link my new EA account to my Steam account.
- Did contact Steam support but they replied they cant do anything from third party app.
- Emailed EA Help, Case submitted, no response from EA Help.
- Tried Chat with Live Advisor, but after filled up all the information and attachment, it revert back to the same page.
Anybody has any solutions? As this issue keeps restricting me from playing Battlefield games.
